Like everything Miesha Louie has ever written, Girls, Like Wolves is personal. Single for the first time in years, and surrounded by she-wolves, Louie moved into the lower half of a century old brick house with her girlfriends — the wolfden. Recorded live off the floor in a cabin on the lower lake of Kananaskis, AB, Girls, Like Wolves, took shape over six days. Overseen by Canadian rock legend, Ian Blurton, Girls, Like Wolves captured the sounds of wild girls howling into the blacknight and Miesha opening her heart to us.
